By confirming your booking at K9 water treadmill @ Priory Farm you are agreeing to our Terms of Service stated below:

If your pet is coming to our Centre for rehabilitation or fitness, we require a Vet Referral Form to be completed and returned by your vet prior to your pet undergoing any treatment

Treatment fees are payable at each session in cash or by card. All therapy treatments must be paid in full, prior to the session commencing. Block booked sessions must be used within six months of payment. If any part of a block booked course of sessions is cancelled, a minimum of one week’s notice is required for a refund for sessions not used, sessions used will then be charged at the full price rather than discounted block price

Many insurance companies will reimburse costs for hydrotherapy; however, you are advised to check your policy before booking an appointment. In most instances, you will need your vet to countersign your claim form for these types of treatments. We do not accept payments from your insurance company or make direct claims.

48 Hour Cancellation Policy – a full 48 hours’ notice is required, or you are liable to pay the full treatment price. Missed appointments must be paid in full. If a pre-booked session is cancelled within 24hrs of appointment time the appointment will be lost. Please contact us by calling 07889902400 if you are unable to attend your appointment as soon as possible. If you arrive up to 10 minutes late for your hydrotherapy treatment, your pet’s session time may be reduced accordingly. If you are over 10 minutes late we may not be able to accommodate your session, however the full session charge may still apply. Please do not rely on Facebook or email to cancel an appointment as we may not receive these straight away.

We reserve the right to cancel any appointment due to power outage, maintenance, or illness.

Pets must be clean, brushed, and toileted prior to their sessions. You must clean up any accidents in or around our Centre. A surcharge of £60 will be applied if your pet fouls in the water treadmill. This will contribute towards the cost of draining and cleaning the equipment as we will have to cancel any further appointments that day. Puppies must be toilet trained before visiting our Centre.

The hydro therapist will assess your pet each time they see them, prior to the session. The length of session will depend on their age, breed, fitness level, health condition and other factors. The session time can range from a few minutes up to 18 minutes of actual treadmill time.

You are required to notify us if your pet’s condition worsens or if your vet advises to pause or stop treatment. If your pet has any undiagnosed conditions that your vet has not detected, hydrotherapy may exacerbate these.

You must inform us of any changes to your pet’s veterinary status or medication since completion of the Hydrotherapy at K9 Water treadmill Vet and Owner Referral Form so we can take this into consideration when booking sessions for and treating your pet.

You must make the Hydrotherapist fully aware of any handling issues/likes/dislikes your pet may have so we can safeguard our staff and your pet.

Whilst every care possible is taken of dogs undergoing treatment and in the maintenance of the water and equipment, all dogs receive treatment entirely at their owner’s risk

Pets must be up to date with vaccinations, and flea and worming treatments.

Animals with infection or contagious conditions, such as ear, eye, or skin infections, gastric upset, kennel cough, including bitches in season, should NOT attend their therapy session. If you are in any doubt of the health of your pet, please contact the centre with at least 48hrs notice. Normal cancellation conditions will apply if sufficient notice is not given.

Please allow at least 48 hours before and after your pet’s session to apply flea or worming treatment to your pet, otherwise the water will wash away the treatment and thus make it ineffective.

For their safety, dogs must be always kept on leads and under control whilst at our Centre when not undergoing treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any pet we feel would endanger the therapist through nervous aggression.

You are advised to wear suitable clothing and non-slip footwear as it can get quite wet in our Centre from hydrotherapy activities.

Our facilities are used at your own risk. K9 water treadmill cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to any person, pet, or possession including vehicles.

Whilst every care is taken during treatments, pets do so entirely at their own risk

For health & safety reasons, any children visiting our Centre must be always with the accompanying adult. K9 Water treadmill will not accept rude or intimidating behaviour from any member of public and reserve the right to refuse treatment to your pet and to require you to leave the premises. All visitors must comply with all instructions given by K9 Water treadmill staff.

Please only bring the pet that is being treated with you.

It is very important that you do not feed your dog for at least two hours prior to your appointment or one hour afterwards failure to do this could result in sickness or other health conditions. Drinking water is fine throughout. We may offer your pet a small healthy treat as a reward after their treatment, please let us know when you arrive if this is not suitable for your pet.

We have a pet shower at our Centre; however your pet will not be totally dry after their treadmill session. We recommend bringing a pet coat or towel that your pet can travel home in.

We reserve the right to take photographs and/or video footage of your pet during sessions for our treatment records. We may also use these to promote our Centre. If you would prefer not to have photographs/videos taken of your pet for any reason, please notify us when you arrive for your appointment.

Smoking is not permitted on site
